Day 1 Kos-Kalimnos
After unpacking and boat briefing, set sail to Vathi, known as the spongefisher’s island, in Kalimnos. Marvel at its natural beauty—caves, lovely beaches and unspoilt scenery.
Day 2 Kalimnos-Leros
Little white houses, neoclassical buildings and narrow alleyways starting at the seaside and climbing up the sides of the hills create an impressive landscape as you approach the island of Leros. Rent scooters and explore the island, don’t miss the 11th Century Venetian fortress, testament to the island’s importance during Byzantine times.
Day 3 Leros-Patmos
Patmos has been described as “The Jerusalem of the Aegean”. It is here, among its rocky and mountainous landscape, where St. John the Theologian was inspired to write the Book of Revelation or Apocalypse.
Above the port, a majestic fortress crowns the island surrounded by dazzling white houses, little chapels and narrow alleys. The island bustles with activity among its fish tavernas, hotels, restaurants, cafes and shops.
Day 4 Patmos-Arki
Sail to the well protected harbor of Arki, the perfect place to wind down from all the activity in Patmos. Arki is a quiet, tiny, traditional island, with a permanent population of less than 30!
Day 5 Arki-Lipsi
Smooth sail to Lipsi. Anchor in a quiet and spectacular little bay and spend the day swimming and snorkeling in its translucent waters. Stroll along its beautiful sandy beaches and enjoy an evening dinner of fresh fish and local wines in its quiet hamlet. The island is so small you can go everywhere on foot.
Day 6 Lipsi-Kalimnos
Broad reach sail to the magnificent bay of Kalimnos. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, relaxing. Enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars.
Day 7 Kalimnos-Kos
Early sail to the newly built marina of Kos. Rich in archaeological treasures, Kos is the birthplace of Hippocrates, the father of medicine. Visit the temple of Asklepios, which housed Hippocrates’ School of Medicine in the 2nd century B.C. There are also plenty of beautiful beaches and pretty villages scattered around the island.
